Let's just say, I like to keep it interesting! Went for my IV antibiotic today only to learn it will be my last. Seems my infection has been identified and can be treated with a $12 oral antibiotic I am already on. Thank God! I am constantly amazed at how well things have worked out for me. My transplant date is secure and I am feeling blessed. Please join me in one big sigh of relief!
The wig selection, however, did not go as well. There isn't a manufacturer around that could possibly replicate my thick, kinky hair. All the styles are sleek and smooth - the hair I've always wished I had. Guess now is my chance. I think I need another set of eyes to help me decide. That's a job for another day.

Hi there, you've had a very busy week. I'm glad you've gotten the infection under control.... that is a worry you don't need and your #'s are all good... Don't forget the Preakness tomorrow..stay well, you're in my prayers everyday.

ReplyDeleteIf you get a human hair wig they can sometimes be frizzy and more thick. I think you would have to go to a different shop than where you are looking. Mine frizzes up when it's humid! I'll go with you if you want. Just let me know! Glad the infection is under control!

So glad to hear it...I know you are anxious to get things moving and we couldn't be happier the course is set!I think you would look adorable with straight hair and take a look at me to get an idea of poker straight!! ReplyDeleteAnnie moves a week from Saturday and is so excited. She told Timmy and I she can't wait to start having dinner parties and for you and Ray-Ray to see her place. Did I mention Rachel will be her rommate? Wild times are coming...
